ULTRASOUND REFERRAL Ultrasound referrals for confirmation of pregnancy, dating, confirmation of viability with revised official reports.	BLOOD TESTING Obstetric Panel - This panel includes tests used for routine prenatal care during early pregnancy such as CBC, Blood Type, STIs, Rubella and urine culture. We also offer gender and specialty testing such us NIPT, Fetal Rh, Carrier screening starting at 9 weeks at an additional fee. We work with the following labs: Natera, SneakPeak, Unity	HOLISTIC APPROACH We will go through your health history and discuss holistic care and options tailored to your needs. Access to phone support throughout the entire 1st trimester.	FLEXIBILITY Get the best of both worlds by having the care with a midwife at no obligation to continue care beyond the 1st trimester. Electronic medical records can be provided to any provider you wish to move forward with. If you wish to continue care and have a homebirth, the 1st trimester service fee gets applied towards the home birth service global fee.

-1 h initial telehealth appointment to get acquainted and to establish care

-1 h in person appointments following the standard prenatal chronogram (1 visit every 4 weeks) until 16 weeks gestation.
